These terms cover the website at shelterecommerce.com and the HeatBinder app, operated by Shelter E-Commerce. The legal name of the person who operates it is Raymond Wren. Questions: [email protected].

A record, not a veterinarian

HeatBinder stores what you type and makes estimates from dates. It is not veterinary advice, not a medical device, and it does not tell you when to breed. Talk to your veterinarian about breeding timing, health, or anything that worries you. You are responsible for your dogs and for checking the dates.

Estimates can be wrong

A next-heat date is an average of the heats you logged. A first-heat window is a rough size range. A whelping date is about 63 days after a breeding you entered, with a wider range of 58 to 68 days. Real dogs do not follow averages.

Your records

You own the notes you enter. They stay on your device. Clearing browser data, losing the phone, or not opening the site can delete them. Export a backup if the records matter. We cannot recover a copy we never had.

Free plan and Pro

The free plan stores up to 2 females. Pro is planned at $29.99 once or $2.99 a month for unlimited females. Until a payment button actually charges a card, Pro is not for sale and you should not be charged. Prices can change before checkout opens.

The app can change

We may change or stop the app. The version you are using is provided as-is, without a warranty. A lawyer should review any limit on liability before you rely on this sentence: to the extent the law allows, Raymond Wren, operating as Shelter E-Commerce, is not liable for breeding decisions, veterinary outcomes, or lost records.
